Designed for high power density and efficiency in a compact size, Bourns continues to introduce a family of high isolation flyback and gate drive transformers with increased capabilities to meet the growing power density demands of today's automotive, industrial, and energy storage designs. The features of the Bourns® HVMA model transformers make them an ideal solution for isolating power across voltage systems in electric vehicles, transistorised gate drives, high voltage battery management systems, and hybrid vehicles. In addition, the series effectively supports high frequency silicon carbide (SiC), insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT), and gallium nitride (GaN) switching components used in wide bandgap designs.
