The ADAQ7767-1BBCZ μModule DAQ solution is a 24-bit precision Data acquisition (DAQ) μModule® system that integrates signal conditioning, conversion, and processing modules into a single system-level package (SiP) configuration. The ADAQ7767-1 enables rapid development of highly compact, high-performance precision DAQ systems.


The ADAQ7767-1 integrates the following features:

• Four-order, low-noise, linear phase anti-aliasing filter (AAF)

• Low noise, low distortion, high bandwidth, gain optional ADC driver, and optional linear boost buffer

• High performance medium bandwidth 24-bit sigma-δ ADC with programmable digital filter

Low noise, low pressure difference (LDO) linear regulator

• Reference buffer

• Key passive components required for the signal chain


The ADAQ7767-1 supports a variety of input types, including unipolar and bipolar single-ended, pseudo-differential and differential signals, with a maximum difference range of ±28.672 V and a common-mode voltage range of −16 V to +12 V (using IN3). With the precision of ADI's iPASSIVES™ technology, the ADAQ7767-1 has an excellent common mode rejection ratio (CMRR). Three pin-pair selectable gain Settings provide additional system dynamic range, and lower amplitude input signals improve signal-chain noise performance. In applications where high input impedance is required, the ADAQ7767-1 allows customers to choose their preferred input amplifier.

Maximum differential input range (IN3) : ±28.672 V

Wide common-mode input voltage range: -16 V to +12 V (IN3)

Fourth order AAF with maximum flatness and linear phase

Anti-aliasing protection with 105dB typical value suppression (IN1)

Excellent kit to kit phase matching and drift

Both precise AC and DC performance

Total system dynamic range: up to 124dB

The range ±28.672 V (IN3) is -118 dB typical THD

The ±28.672 V range (IN3) is a typical DC CMRR of 78.0 dB

FSR Typical value INL: ± 3.8ppm

Maximum gain error drift: 3.1 ppm/° C

Kit maximum phase Angle mismatch: ± 0.096, 20kHz

Programmable output data rate, filter type, and delay

Linear phase digital filter options:

Wideband low-ripple FIR filter (256 kSPS, 110kHz maximum input bandwidth)

Sinc5 filter (1.024kSPS, 208.9 kHz Max input bandwidth, 4 μs Max group delay)

Sinc3 filter (50/60Hz rejection)

Integrated LDO

Built-in power decoupling capacitor

Configuration via pin binding or SPI interface

The digital interface is optimized for isolation applications

A full set of diagnostic examination mechanisms

Operating temperature range: −40°C to +105°C

Package: 12 mm x 6 mm x 1.6 mm, 84 balls CSP_BGA package with 0.8mm ball pitch
