NRF52820-QDAA-R7 Product overview:

The nRF52820 is powered by an Arm® Cortex®-M4 processor clocked at 64MHz. it features 256KB Flash, 32KB RAM and a variety of analogue and digital interfaces such as analogue comparator, UART, SPI, TWI, QDEC and full speed USB 2.0. the nRF52820 has a supply voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V. The 2.4GHz multi-protocol radio is a full-featured design, providing up to +8dBm output power.

The Nordic nRF52820 SoC is capable of supporting all Bluetooth 5.3 features, including Bluetooth Low Power, Bluetooth Mesh, Thread and Zigbee mesh protocols, as well as directional, high throughput 2Mbps and long range capabilities. For human interface device (HID) applications, the nRF52820 offers USB and +8 dBm TX power for a single-chip option. It can operate over a wide temperature range of -40°C to +105°C, making it suitable for use in complex lighting applications.
