SGM8959-1XN5G General Description:

The single SGM8959-1 is a low-power, high-precision CMOS operational amplifier that can operate from a single supply of 1.8 V to 5.5 V or a dual supply of ±0.9 V to ±2.75 V while consuming only 380 µA quiescent current per amplifier. the SGM8959-1 supports rail-to-rail input and output operation. The input common-mode voltage range is (-VS) -0.1V to (+VS) +0.1V, while the output range is (-VS) +0.005V to (+VS) -0.005V.

The SGM8959-1 are designed to provide optimum performance in low voltage and low power systems. They have a high impedance input and a zero drift 10µV (MAX) offset voltage. These specifications make the SGM8959-1 suitable for a variety of applications requiring high accuracy, such as high linearity drivers for high precision ADCs.

The SGM8959-1 is available in green SOT-23-5, SC70-5 and SOIC-8 packages. They are specified for a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
