The LCMXO3L-9400C-5BG484C MachXO3™FPGA is the smallest, lowest cost per I/O programmable platform designed to extend system functionality and bridge emerging connectivity interfaces through parallel and serial I/O. MachX03 simplifies the implementation of emerging connectivity interfaces MIPI, PCIe, and GbE, for example by matching advanced, small-footprint packages to on-chip resources.

This ultra-low-density FPGA offers a single programmable bridge that allows differentiated systems to be built using the latest components and interface standards. With advanced packaging technology solutions that eliminate bonding lines, achieve the lowest cost and higher I/O density in a smaller footprint, the MachXO3 series can be used in various market segments, including consumer, communications, compute, storage, industrial and automotive.

MachXO3LF includes programmable flash and User Flash (UFM)

• Offers surprisingly small 2.50 mm x 2.50 mm WLCSP packages and BGA packages with pin spacing of 0.50 mm and 0.80 mm
