Device Description:

The TPS73512QDRBRQ1 low-voltage dropout (LDO), low-power linear regulator family provides excellent AC performance while also ensuring very low ground current. They provide high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR), low noise, fast start-up, and excellent line and load transient response while consuming a very low 46µA (typical) ground current.

The TPS735-Q1 series devices are stable when used with ceramic capacitors and use an advanced BiCMOS manufacturing process to produce a typical voltage drop of 280mV at 500mA output current. The TPS735-Q1 series uses an accuracy voltage reference and feedback loop to achieve 2% overall accuracy (including all load, line, process and temperature variations, VOUT > 2.2V). The devices are rated from -40°C to 125°C TA and are available in a thin 3mm × 3mm VSON package.
