MSP430FR69891IPZR Device Description:

The MSP430™ ultra-low power (ULP) FRAM platform combines a unique embedded FRAM with an overall ultra-low power system architecture, enabling innovators to increase performance on a smaller energy budget.FRAM technology combines the speed, flexibility and endurance of SRAM with the stability and reliability of flash memory at much lower power consumption. 


The MSP430 ULP FRAM product family consists of a wide range of devices with FRAM, ULP 16-bit MSP430 CPUs and intelligent peripherals for a variety of applications.


MSP430FR69891IPZR device features:

(1) Real Time Clock (RTC) timed by 3.7pF crystal.
