CC2651P31T0RKPR Product Description:
The SimpleLink™ CC2651P3 device is a single-protocol 2.4 GHz wireless microcontroller (MCU) that supports the following protocols: Zigbee®, low-power Bluetooth® 5.2, IEEE 802.15.4g, TI 15.4-Stack (2.4 GHz). Cortex® M4 main processor, the CC2651P3 is optimized for low-power wireless communication and advanced sensing functions in grid infrastructure, building automation, retail automation, personal electronics and medical applications.
The CC2651P3 features a software-defined radio driven by the Arm® Cortex® M0 and supports multiple physical layer and RF standards. The device supports operation in the 2360 MHz to 2500 MHz band, and the CC2651P3 has a highly efficient internal PA supporting +10 dBm TX (21 mA) and +20 dBm TX (101 mA) (7x7 package). The CC2651P3 has a receive sensitivity of -104 dBm (for a 125 kbps low power Bluetooth® encoded PHY).
The CC2651P3 has a low standby current of 0.8 μA when using RTC and maintaining 32 KB RAM.
Many customers require a product lifecycle of 10 to 15 years or more, and to achieve this TI has developed a product lifecycle policy with a commitment to product lifetime and continuity of supply.
The CC2651P3 devices are part of the SimpleLink™ MCU platform, which includes Wi-Fi®, low-power Bluetooth®, Thread, Zigbee, WiSUN®, Amazon Sidewalk, mioty, Sub-1 GHz MCUs and host MCUs. The CC2651P3 is a scalable product family (32KB to 704KB Flash) with pin-to-pin compatible package options. The generic SimpleLink™ CC13xx and CC26xx Software Development Kits (SDK) and SysConfig system configuration tools support migration between devices in the product family.
