AM6548BACDXEAF Description

The AM654x and AM652x Sitara™ processors are Arm® application processors designed to meet the complex processing needs of modern Industry 4.0 embedded products.

- Up to two dual-core or two single-core Arm® Cortex®-A53 clusters (with 512KB L2 cache, including SECDED)

- 32KB L1 instruction cache and 32K L1 data cache per A53 core

- Dual-core Arm® Cortex®-R5F (up to 400MHz)

- Lockstep mode support

- Each R5F core has 16KB instruction cache, 16KB data cache and 64KB RAM

- Each PRU_ICSSG has up to two 10/100/1000 Ethernet ports
