The ISL95870BIRZ is a single-phase synchronous buck PWM regulator utilising Intersil's proprietary R4 Technology™. Its wide input voltage range of 3.3V to 25V makes it ideal for systems powered by batteries or AC adapters. The ISL95870BIRZ offers a low-cost solution for applications requiring dynamically selectable slew rate control of the output voltage. Soft-start and dynamic setpoint slew rate are capacitor-programmable.
