The STM32U5 family of microcontrollers features up to 2MB of Flash (dual memory area) memory and 786KB of SRAM for high performance. The STM32U5 is available in a large portfolio of 8 packages (48 to 169 pins) and supports ambient temperatures up to 125°C.
