The LMR36006FSC3RNXRQ1 step-down converter is an easy-to-use synchronous step-down DC/DC converter that integrates both high - and low-side power mosFeTs. The device is capable of delivering up to 0.6A output current over a wide input voltage range of 4.2V to 60V with a transient tolerance of up to 66V and complies with AEC-Q100 standards for automotive applications.

The device uses a peak current mode control mechanism to provide optimal efficiency and output voltage accuracy. Advanced high-speed circuitry enables the LMR36006 to be adjusted from 20V input to 5V output at a fixed frequency of 2.1MHz. Precision enablement provides high flexibility by enabling direct connection to a wide input voltage or precise control of device startup and shutdown. Power health flags with built-in filtering and delay provide a true indication of system status, eliminating the need for external monitors.

The LMR36006FSC3RNXRQ1 device is packaged in a HotRod™ package that enables low EMI, high efficiency, and minimal pack-to-chip ratio.
