Based on the Arm® Cortex® M4 host processor, the CC1311P3 and CC2651R3 are optimised for low-power wireless communications and advanced sensing in grid infrastructure, building automation, retail automation, personal electronics and medical applications.

The CC2651R3 features a software-defined radio driven by the Arm® Cortex® M0 and supports multiple physical layer and RF standards. The device supports operation in the 2360MHz to 2500MHz band. the CC2651R3 supports +5dBm TX (at 9.5mA) in the 2.4GHz band. the CC2651R3 has a receive sensitivity of -104dBm (125kbps Bluetooth low power encoded PHY).
