Shenzhen Mingjiada Electronics Co., Ltd. presents the new original Novosense NSI6601MC-DSPR Isolated Single Tube Driver IC, a single-channel isolated gate driver for driving IGBTs, power MOSFETs and SiC MOSFETs in many applications.


Product Description:

The NSI6601MC-DSPR provides separate outputs to control the rise and fall durations separately. It can provide peak source/sink currents of 5A/5A and provides Miller clamping to prevent misconduct at high di/dt. Minimum 150kV/μs common mode transient immunity (CMTI) ensures system robustness. The driver has a maximum supply voltage of 32V and provides a supply voltage of 3.1V to 17V to the input side. All power supply pins support undervoltage lockout (UVLO) protection.

The NSI6801 is therefore suitable for use as an opto-isolated driver in high reliability, high power density and high efficiency switching power supply systems.
