Shenzhen Mingjiada Electronics Co., Ltd. launches Navi's latest GaNFast series NV6127, NV6128, NV6125, NV6136A GaN power chips

The NV6127 is a thermally enhanced version of the popular NV6117 650 V GaNFast™ power IC, optimized for high frequency and soft switching topologies. It is available in a QFN6*8mm package with upgraded thermal performance, 125mΩ conductivity, and built-in driver support for 10-30V supply. Up to 2MHz switching frequency is supported.

The NV6128 is a new high power GaNFast power chip rated at 650V/800V with integrated GaN, driver and logic protection devices for a more streamlined periphery. The chip is available in a small 6 x 8 mm PQFN package with an internal resistance as low as 70mΩ and a proprietary integrated thermal pad for 66% higher current carrying capacity for high efficiency, high power density power systems.

The NV6125 is a thermally enhanced version of the popular NV6115 650 V GaNFastTM power supply IC, optimised for high frequency and soft switching topologies. The built-in driver, 175 mΩ resistance, 650 V withstanding voltage and 2 MHz switching frequency support are suitable for a wide range of applications such as boost, buck, half-bridge and full-bridge switching power supplies.

The NV6136A has a built-in 170mΩ GaN switching tube in a QFN6*8 package, with a built-in driver supporting 10-30V supply and 2MHz switching frequency.
