Shenzhen Mingjiada Electronics supplies wireless communication EC25EFA-MINIPCIE/EG25GGD-MINIPCIE LTE Cat 4 IoT modules in a standard PCI Express Mini Card form factor.

The EC25 is a series of LTE Cat 4 IoT modules with an LCC form factor of 32.0mm × 29.0mm × 2.4mm. The EC25 offers a maximum downlink rate of 150Mbps and an uplink rate of 50Mbps under LTE, with multiple input multiple output (MIMO) technology to meet the requirements for data rate and link reliability. The range includes 15 variants to meet a variety of geographical requirements, which can be compared using the table above.

The EC25 supports Qualcomm® IZat™ positioning technology Gen8C Lite (GPS, GLONASS, BDS, Galileo and QZSS) and the optional multi-constellation GNSS receiver greatly simplifies product design, providing faster, more accurate and more reliable positioning.

A wide range of Internet protocols, industry standard interfaces and features (e.g. USB serial drivers for Windows 7/8/8.1/10/11, Linux, Android) enable the module to serve a wide range of IoT applications including industrial routers, industrial PDAs, rugged tablet PCs and digital signage.

The EG25-G Mini PCIe is an LTE Class 4 module in a standard PCI Express® Mini Card form factor (Mini PCIe). It is specifically optimised for M2M and IoT applications with maximum data rates of up to 150 Mbps downlink and 50 Mbps uplink.

The EG25-G Mini PCIe is backwards compatible with existing EDGE and GSM/GPRS networks, ensuring connectivity even in remote areas where 4G or 3G coverage is not available.
