The NXH80T120L2Q0P2G is a power module containing a T-type Neutral Point Clamped (NPC) three-stage inverter stage. Its integrated field cut-off channel IGBTs and fast recovery diodes provide reduced conduction and switching losses, enabling designers to achieve high efficiency and excellent reliability.The NXH80T120L2Q0P2G features low switching losses, low VCESAT, a compact 65.9 mm x 32.5 mm x 12 mm package with thermistor, options with pre-coated Thermal Interface Material ("TIM") and without pre-coated TIM. TIM) and without pre-coated TIM, with solder and press-in pin options.
