Overview:

The DLP9000XUVFLS digital micromirror device (DMD) features over 4 million micromirrors, enabling high-resolution and high-performance spatial light modulation for ultraviolet wavelengths from 355 nanometres to 420 nanometres. The DLP9000XUVFLS incorporates a special ultraviolet-optimised window design, supporting numerous applications across industrial and medical markets. Reliable operation of the DLP9000XUVFLS chipset requires the DMD to be driven by the DLPC910 controller.
