The PM44028B1-F3EI is a high-performance programmable PCIe switch in the Switchtec PSX Gen4 family. It supports 28 channels, 16 ports, 8 virtual switch partitions, 14 non-transparent Bridges (ntb), and hotplug controllers for each port.

The PM44028B1-F3EI switch can provide advanced computing interconnection capabilities for advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and significantly reduce power consumption. In addition, this PSX switch features advanced error containment, comprehensive diagnostic and debugging capabilities, end-to-end data integrity protection, high-quality, low-power SERDES, and secure boot image certification.
