The CY8C4147LQI-T413 product is a microcontroller based on Arm Cortex-M0+, belonging to the PSoC™ 4100T Plus series. It has a main frequency of 48MHz and features 128K flash memory and 16K SRAM. It is also equipped with Infineon's advanced Multi-Sense technology, which includes the fifth-generation CAPSENSE for capacitive sensing, inductive sensing for metal touch, liquid level sensing for liquid level monitoring, and CapSens-based hover touch for touch detection through air gaps.
