The PIC32CZ2051CA70144-I/Z8X is a microcontroller based on the high-performance 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M7 processor, produced by Microchip. This MCU features a double-precision floating-point unit (FPU). The PIC32CZ CA70 device is a configurable instruction and data tightly coupled memory with a main frequency of up to 300MHz, up to 2048Kb of flash memory and up to 512Kb of multi-port SRAM, leveraging the advanced DSP capabilities of the core.
The PIC32CZ2051CA70144-I/Z8X microcontroller features a 10/100 Ethernet MAC supporting IEEE1588, a high-speed USB interface with an integrated PHY, dual CAN-FD, QSPI, CMOS image sensor interface, MediaLB, TDM/I2S (SSC), and multiple One serial interface and on-board hardware encryption, including TRNG, AES-256 and SHA-256 engines.
