The STM32N647L0H3Q is a high-performance microcontroller launched by (ST), featuring enhanced edge AI capabilities and expanding the STM32 high-performance product portfolio. This device is based on an Arm® Cortex® -M55 processor with an operating frequency of 800 MHz. The Cortex® M55 is the first CPU to introduce Arm® Helium vector processing technology, adding DSP processing capabilities to standard cpus.
In addition, the STM32N647L0H3Q is equipped with ST NeurART Accelerator™, an internal NPU specifically designed for energy-efficient edge AI applications, featuring a 1GHz clock frequency and up to 600GOPS computing performance.
