Overview: 

The AMC8V208YBF is a highly integrated current output controller optimised for fibre optic network applications. The AMC8V208YBF contains six dedicated 16-bit current output digital-to-analogue converters (IDACs) and two 16-bit IDACs that can be configured to control high-output current-generating circuits (IDAC+). The AMC8V208YBF also includes a MUXOUT pin to monitor the voltage and current on the current output pins. The integrated high-precision internal reference eliminates the need for an external reference in most applications.
