Product Description

 ATtiny AVR® 8-bit microcontrollers (MCUs) are optimised for applications requiring high performance, power efficiency and ease of use in a small package.


The ATTINY816-MNR MCU features an 8-bit AVR processor, hardware multiplier running at up to 20MHz, up to 8KB of Flash, 512 bytes of SRAM, 128 bytes of EEPROM, and is available in a 20-pin package. The ATTINY816-MNR device features Atmel picoPower® technology for a flexible, low-power architecture, including Event System and SleepWalking, accurate analogue functionality and advanced peripherals. Capacitive touch interfaces with driver expansion boards are supported by integrated QTouch® peripheral touch controllers. Kernel Independent Peripheral (CIP) technology allows connected peripherals to run independently of the kernel and includes serial communication and analogue peripherals. Event System allows peripherals to communicate without using the CPU, allowing applications to be optimised at the system level. This reduces power consumption and increases throughput and system reliability.
