Product Description

The AVR16DU20-I/REB is an AVR® DU microcontroller based on the AVR® CPU, with a hardware multiplier operating clock speed of up to 24MHz. This MCU supports USB operation without crystal oscillator and includes an optional internal 3.3V regulator. Its characteristics and application fields are as follows:
