ADUC843BSZ62-5 Precision Analogue Microcontroller: 16MIPS 8052 Flash MCU + 8-channel 12-bit ADC

The ADUC843BSZ62-5 is a complete smart sensor front-end, integrating a high-performance self-calibrating multi-channel ADC, a dual-channel DAC, and an optimised single-cycle 20 MHz 8-bit MCU (8051 instruction set compatible) on a single chip. The microcontroller is an optimised 8052 core with peak performance up to 20 MIPS. Three different memory options are available, supporting up to 62 kB of non-volatile Flash/EE program memory. 4 kB of non-volatile Flash/EE data memory, 256 bytes of RAM and 2 kB of expansion RAM are also integrated on-chip.
