HMC698LP5E is a frequency synthesizer with integrated broadband polarity inverse digital PFD and lock detection output. The unconditional operating range of the frequency divider is 80 - 7000 MHz, and the continuous integer frequency division ratio is 12 to 259. Due to high operating frequency and ultra-low phase noise bottom performance, the HMC698LP5E frequency synthesizer has wide loop bandwidth and low N characteristics, thus achieving fast establishment time and extremely low phase noise. When used in combination with a differential loop filter, HMC698LP5E can be used to lock the VCO phase to the reference oscillator.
