The REF195GRUZ precision bandgap reference voltage source utilises a patented temperature drift curvature correction circuit with laser tuning of high stability thin film resistors to achieve extremely low temperature coefficients and high initial accuracy.

The REF195GRUZ consists of a micro-power, low dropout voltage (LDV) device that provides a stable output voltage from a supply that is only 100 mV higher than the output voltage and consumes less than 45 μA of supply current.Sleep mode can be enabled by applying a low TTL or CMOS level to the SLEEP pin. In sleep mode, the output is turned off and the supply current is further reduced to less than 15 μA.

The REF195GRUZ reference voltage source is rated over the -40°C to +85°C industrial temperature range, with typical performance specifications over the -40°C to +125°C temperature range for applications such as automotive.
