The ML610Q431 is a high performance 8-bit CMOS microcontroller with a rich set of peripheral circuits integrated around the 8-bit CPU nX-U8/100, such as a real time clock, synchronous serial port, UART, I 2 C bus interface (main), melody driver, battery level detection circuit, RC oscillation type A/D converter, 12-bit successive approximation type A/D converter and LCD driver. The CPU nX-U8/100 is capable of efficiently executing instructions in 1 destructive 1 clock mode through parallel processing in a 3-stage pipeline structure. The Flash ROM installed as program memory implements low-voltage, low-power operation (read operation) equivalent to mask ROM and is best suited for battery-driven applications. The installed on-chip debug function enables debugging and programming of programs.
