The APS11760LLHALT-OSL1 micropower Halley effect switches are AEC-Q100 compliant for 24 V automotive applications and comply with the ISO 26262 ASILA standard (to be confirmed). These sensors are temperature stable and suitable for operation over an extended junction temperature range of up to 165°C.

The Hall effect switch of this device has a micropower regulator with a current as low as 6µA . The micropower regulator of these devices is designed for harsh automotive and industrial environments with on-board overvoltage and reverse connection protection. the APS11760 is particularly suitable for direct battery connection for automotive and industrial applications with voltages up to 24V.
