The MPF200TL-FCG784I is a PolarFire® FPGA device based on 28 nm non-volatile process technology, providing 192K logic elements and up to 50% lower power consumption compared to SRAM-based FPgas. The device offers superior security, single particle flip (SEU) immunity and serializer/unstrayer (SerDes) performance for a variety of applications in markets such as communications, defense, aerospace, industrial automation and the Internet of Things (IoT).
