The STUSB4700QTR is a new USB power delivery controller that communicates via the Type-C™ Configuration Channel pin (CC) to negotiate the delivery of a given amount of power to an interrogating consumer device.

The STUSB4700QTR is aimed at provider/DFP devices such as laptops, tablets and AC adapters. From device connectivity to power negotiation, including VBUS discharging and protection, the device handles any connection to a sink or DRP without any MCU control.
