The ADR4525BRZ is a high accuracy, low power reference voltage source. With a maximum initial error of ±0.02%, the series offers excellent temperature stability and low output noise.The ADR4525BRZ reference voltage source uses a new core topology to improve accuracy while providing excellent temperature stability and noise performance. The reference has low thermally induced output voltage hysteresis and low long-term output voltage drift, resulting in improved system accuracy over lifetime and temperature ranges.

With a maximum operating current of 950 µA, the ADR45xx family is ideally suited for use in portable devices.The ADR45xx reference voltage sources have an extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, providing a wide output voltage range.
