The AD835ARZ is a complete four-quadrant voltage output analog multiplier manufactured using an advanced dielectric isolation complementary bipolar process. It produces a linear product of X and Y voltage inputs, with an output bandwidth of 250 MHz for −3dB (small signal rise time of 1ns). The full scale (−1V to +1V) rise to fall time is 2.5ns (using 150 Ω standard RL), and the 0.1% build time is usually 20ns.
