The MLX81346LLW-BMT-003-RE is a third-generation LIN pre-driver for mechatronic applications in the automotive industry for 12 V, 24 V, and 48 V motors up to 1,000 W (12 V) or 2,000 W (48 V), with an extended memory of 90 KB.

This fully integrated LIN pre-driver is suitable for small form factor applications controlling DC motors and DC brushless motors, and can use field orientated control (FOC) algorithms with or without sensors.
