BSC026N08NS5 OptiMOS™ 5 80 V Power MOSFETs are designed for synchronous rectification of telecom and server power supplies. The device can also be used in other industrial applications such as solar power, low voltage drives and adapters.The OptiMOS™ 5 80 V MOSFETs are available in seven different packages and feature the industry's lowest RDS(on). In addition, the OptiMOS™ 5 80 V RDS(on) is 43% lower than the previous generation.
