The QM55003 is a hybrid, multi-band, multi-chip radio frequency Front end (RFFE) module that supports NB-IoT and Cat-M1 applications. The module supports LB(663 MHz - 915 MHz) and MB(1695 MHz - 1980 MHz). It integrates harmonic suppression LPF, antenna switches, and auxiliary TX/RX paths. The QM55003 band selection and bias are programmed through the Mobile Industrial Processor Interface (MIPI).
