The QM75001 is a multi-mode, multi-band module that integrates all major RF transceiver functions to enable high-band coverage in global cellular networks while delivering the industry's best performance and smallest form factor. Some of the module's features include integrated multi-mode multi-band PAs, transceiver switches for FDD and TD-LTE support, LowDrift™ filters for bands 38, 40, and 41+, and full support for in-band uplink carrier aggregation, inter-band downlink carrier aggregation, advanced power tracking (APT), and envelope tracking (ET). The highly integrated QM75001 reduces board area by 35% compared to discrete solutions and is available in a compact 4.0 x 3.0 x 0.8mm multilayer substrate configuration.
