The NXH450B100H4Q2F2SG IGBT module contains two 1000V, 150A IGBTs, two 1200V, 30A silicon carbide diodes, two 1600V, 30A bypass diodes and an NTC thermistor. The module features low switching losses, low system power consumption, low inductance layout, and press and solder pin options. The NXH450B100H4Q2 module is ideal for use in solar inverters and uninterruptible power supplies.
