The NXH80T120L3Q0S3G Power Supply Integration Module (PIM) contains a T-neutral clamp (NPC) three-level inverter stage. The three-level inverter includes two 80A/1200V half-bridge IGBTs with 40A/1200V half-bridge diodes. The NXH80T120L3Q0 power supply integration module features two 50A/600V neutral point clamp (NPC) IGBTs and two 50A/600V NPC diodes. The PIM features lower on-off losses, switching losses, and low VCESAT, enabling designers to achieve high efficiency and excellent reliability.
