The NXH50C120L2C2ESG is a DIP-26 1200V Transmission Molded Power Integrated Module (TMPIM) with converter-inverter Brake (CIB) and converter-inverter (CI) configurations. The module contains six 1.2kV IGBTs, six 1.6kV rectifiers, and an NTC thermistor for system-level temperature monitoring. The CIB model also features an additional 1.2kV IGBT and a diode, which can be identified by its part number, which ends with "SG".
