The AK4493EQ is a new generation of advanced 32-bit 2ch DACs with VELVET SOUNDTM technology that achieves industry leading levels of low distortion characteristics and wide dynamic range. The AK4493EQ integrates a newly developed switched-capacitor filter "OSR Doubler" that enables it to support a wide range of signals and achieve low out-of-band noise while achieving low power consumption.

In addition, the AK4493EQ has six 32-bit digital filters for simple and flexible sound tuning in a wide range of applications. The AK4493EQ accepts PCM data up to 768 kHz and DSD data up to 22.4 MHz, making it ideal for the high resolution audio playback that is becoming popular in networked audio and USB-DACs.
