The M2S010S-1VF400I is Microchip's SmartFusion2 family of FPGAs, and the following is its product description and key features:

Core Processor: The M2S010S-1VF400I has a built-in hard ARM Cortex-M3 processor that operates at 166MHz and delivers 1.25 DMIPS/MHz performance.

Number of Logic Units: With up to 10K logic units, the FPGA provides flexible programmable logic resources.

Flash size: 256KB of embedded non-volatile memory (eNVM) is integrated.

RAM size: 64KB of embedded static random access memory (eSRAM).

Peripherals: The M2S010S-1VF400I provides peripheral support such as DDR controller, PCIe, and SERDES.

Connectivity: The FPGA supports multiple communication interfaces including CANbus, Ethernet, I2C, SPI, UART/USART, and USB.
