AFCD-V61XT is a 850-nm 25-Gb/s Oxide GaAs based Vertical Cavity Surface Emitting Laser (VCSEL) array with 150µm thickness substrate. Designed to be used in 25Gb Ethernet optical links over 50/125um and 62.5/125um multimode fiber, the VCSEL array is engineered for superior dynamic performance and optical power over an extended operating temperature range.
