Broadcom's 5 MBd ruggedised multi-functional link transmitter series is a comprehensive family of fibre optic link components designed specifically for applications requiring low-cost solutions. The HFBR-152xETZ series includes transmitters, receivers, connectors, and cables, all optimised for simplified design. This new 5 MBd rugged multi-function link transmitter series is ideal for addressing issues such as voltage isolation and insulation, electromagnetic interference/radio frequency interference (EMI/RFI) immunity, or data security.

The design of our 5 MBd high-performance rugged multi-function link transmitter benefits from logically compatible receivers and complete specifications for all components, enabling simplification. Links configured with the HFBR-152xETZ 5 MBd rugged multi-function link transmitter series have their key optoelectronic parameters fully guaranteed within the temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
