The QPB9361 is a highly integrated front-end module for 5G TDD systems. The Switching LNA module integrates an LNA with a high-power operating switch that can be used as a fail-safe path when the radio is in transmit mode. The LNA power down mode can be used through the T/R control pin on the module. In receive mode, the QPB9361 provides a gain of 35.4 dB over the entire operating band, with a typical noise figure of 1.32 dB.

The QPB9361 is available in a compact RoHS-compliant 5 mm x 3 mm LGA package. Switching LNA modules are targeted for 5G wireless infrastructure applications configured for TDD-based mMIMO architectures.
