The MCXW716AMFPAT is a low-power, high-security, single-chip, multi-protocol wireless MCU that integrates a high-performance Bluetooth low-power version 5.3 radio and IEEE 802.15.4 radios supporting Thread, Matter, Zigbee, and CAN FD for industrial applications.The MCX W71 features a triple-core architecture that isolates the connectivity, compute and safety functions.

The integrated FlexCAN supports CAN and CAN FD and is compliant with ISO 11898-1. The multi-protocol radio is energy efficient, supports fully synchronised dual PANs, is Thread and Zigbee enabled, and is designed for Wi-Fi coexistence. The radio supports tested Matter, Thread, Zigbee and Bluetooth low-power software stacks for standalone and hosted applications, enabling a range of IoT and industrial applications.
