Overview:

Samtec's XCede® HD high density backplane system consists of signal, power and keylock/boot modules for excellent design flexibility. The small size significantly saves board and system space. The modularity of the system allows designers to create a fully customized backplane solution with optional power modules, boot and key locks, and side walls for increased durability. The staggered differential pin design is adopted, and the ground pin is connected first, which can be hot-swappable to avoid system downtime.
