64 Gbps PAM4 Interconnect: The ExaMAX® terminal system always achieves two reliable contacts and minimizes residual stub lines, thereby improving signal integrity performance while providing low coupling and excellent contact normal force. The signal chip adopts a single chip embossed ground structure to improve crosstalk. Support 64 Gbps PAM4 (32 Gbps NRZ) applications and support for PICe® 6.0/CXL® 3.1.
