Amphenol FCI SAS/PCIe 5.0 (U.2 and U.3) connectors have speeds of 32 Gt /s (PCIe channel) and 24 Gb/s (SAS channel) to meet the needs of next-generation servers. SAS/PCIe sockets and connectors have 68 bits to enable high-speed serial connection to SCSI (SAS) hard disk drive (HDD) interfaces. In addition, the socket can be interplugged with an unshielded dual-port SFF8680 connector for flexible component selection. Amphenol FCI SAS/PCIe 5.0 (U.2 and U.3) connectors are ideal for external storage systems, servers, and HDD applications.
